If you are a professional or business owner, none of the provisions of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the Consolidated Text of the Spanish General Law on the Defence of Consumers and Users, will apply to this contracting process. Therefore, the holder of the rights expressly prohibits the use or reproduction, partial or total (by any physical or electronic means), by third parties, unless there is an agreement or written authorisation to this effect.
